Faith, the team, began as a distributor network under the QI brand and became the fastest growing organization in QNet's history in the last 5 years.
Faith, as a network has made a significant penetration of markets globally using a top to bottom approach ensuring induction of people with social standing and influence and smart business acumen.
Faith's network has professionals who are active, full time, committed business partners who have chosen to embrace the industry of Network Marketing over their respective careers although many of them were at senior management positions such as Senior VP, Director or MD.
The organization began with a few people, a simple meeting of minds and a genuine desire as individuals with a collective goal in mind, to be instruments of change in people’s life with responsibility and accountability within a prescribed framework of action.
Each of the individuals in this team, beginning with the core leaders has the values of Fortitude, Attitude and Intention, combined with Integrity, Tenacity and Habit.
Faith has evolved in the recent past, as a corporation, and has added the values of Care, Dependability and Trust to its core values. .
With these values in place, Faith has been "in-service" a concept unique to this organization, to people of all nationalities around the world and empowered them, not only to be financially free, but also to become better human beings with social and community consciousness .

The founder of Team Faith is Padma Bhushan Michael Ferreira who had already established his name on the international sporting scene. As an individual, in a very short space of time he was in the list of the top 30 earners and under his astute stewardship he provided the platform, environment, guidance, training and inspiration to his flock, many of whom are earning incomes beyond their wildest dreams.
Many of his “leaders” flourished under his all-encompassing stewardship, growing from tiny birds into fully grown eagles and eventually, as often happens, some of them wanted to continue their journey independently. Being confident that they were equipped to fly solo, he welcomed their departure from the nest of comfort, protection and care that he had provided selflessly for so long.
The core leadership of Faith is today in a position to concentrate more sharply on those who still remain vulnerable to the “slings and arrows of outrageous fortune” so that each one of them develops into lead birds of their own teams, all fiercely loyal to Faith, its philosophy and its ideals and to the values espoused by its visionary and mentor Dato Vijay Eswaran.
To this end, Team Faith relies heavily on its global core leadership, chief of whom is the powerful, knowledgeable, business strategist and dreamer Mark Ferreira, the gentle but steely never say die attitude of Melanie Sequeira, the extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented Lata Hegde. In Manjunath Hegde we have a master who understands the brain, and its many secrets combined with psychology. In the land where the sand meets the sky, UAE, we have the analytical, tech savvy, and fiercely loyal Jatin Sachdeva and his team A. In a country where Pharaoh’s once ruled, Faith’s leadership is duplicated in Egypt by core leaders Khaled Obbeya, Mohamed Gindy, Mohamed Allam and all of team A there.
